About Anandoham Assessment

A set of brief, validated mental-health self-checks in plain language. These are screening tools, not diagnoses.

What these tests are

Short questionnaires (5–27 questions) that researchers developed to help people notice patterns in how they've been feeling — things like low mood, anxiety, sleep trouble, or attention difficulties. They give you a rough signal of whether your experience is in the mild, moderate, or more serious range.

What they are not

They are not a diagnosis. No self-check — however good — can replace a conversation with a qualified mental-health professional who knows your full story. A high score does not mean you definitely have a condition, and a low score does not rule one out.

About your privacy

If you're signed in, your results are stored under your account so you can track changes over time. If you use the app as a guest, nothing is saved anywhere. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can delete any saved result at any time from your history.

About your rights

Under India's Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, every person has the right to access mental healthcare, to be treated with dignity, and to make decisions about their own care. This app cannot and does not compel treatment. Any next step is entirely your choice.

If you're in crisis

Please call Tele-MANAS: 14416 (free, 24/7, many Indian languages) or 112 for emergencies. You can also reach iCall (+91 9152987821), Vandrevala (1860-2662-345), or AASRA (+91 9820466726).

Anandoham Assessment is a product of Anandoham Health. The specific questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5, etc.) are in the public domain or are licensed for free clinical use, and are reproduced unchanged from their published sources. Scoring cutoffs follow the original validation papers.
